Connect an external tool and act on an event

Persona: team member and agent. A user connects a third-party tool, and an external event later triggers an agent to act.

Steps

1. The agent proposes an external tool or trigger; the user completes OAuth in-chat.
2. An external event fires a verified webhook.
3. The agent wakes with the sanitized payload and takes action, such as posting a summary.
