Delegate a task to an agent

Persona: task reporter. A human creates a task, assigns an agent, and keeps approval control over when the agent starts and finishes.

Steps

1. Create a task and set an agent as the assignee.
2. Enable the plan and completion review gates on the task.
3. The agent proposes a plan; you approve the start.
4. The agent works the task; when done it requests finalize approval, which you approve, closing the task.
