Create an organization and first workspace

Persona: new customer / org owner. A person requests a new organization, is approved, signs in, sets up a profile, and lands in a workspace.

Steps

1. Request an organization with a desired slug from the landing sign-up.
2. The request is approved and the requester becomes the org owner.
3. Sign in through the global account and enter the workspace on the org's host.
4. Set a username to activate the profile and finish onboarding.
5. Land in the home room and create a first room.
